Matt Miller, of Bleacher Report, has Terrell going near the top of the second round, projecting he lands with the Carolina Panthers at No. 38.
Walter Cherepinsky, of Walter Football, also has Terrell going at the beginning of the second round, but he's got him going to the Detroit Lions at No. 37.
Ryan Wilson, of CBS Sports, believes that Terrell is a first-round prospect, however, projecting he lands with the Jacksonville Jaguars at No. 20.
Mel Kiper, of ESPN, is more in line with Wilson here, projecting that the New Orleans Saints select Terrell at No. 24 overall.
