Height: 6'4"

Weight: 310 lbs

College: Washington State Cougars

Andre Dillard Stats

Dillard may not be the best offensive tackle to enter the 2019 NFL Draft, but the Washington State product has plenty of traits that should make him a welcome addition to any team in need of an offensive lineman.

Dillard is an excellent athlete for a player of his size, and he has above-average length that allows him to quickly latch on to defensive linemen. Most importantly, however, Dillard displays incredibly quick feet that allow him to get depth in his drops and neutralize speed rushers right off the snap.

The one glaring area of weakness in Dillard's game is run blocking. Washington State ran an air-raid passing attack during Dillard's collegiate career. On the fewer occasions the Cougars did run the ball, however, Dillard struggled at the point of attack and generated little movement off the ball.

Andre Dillard Draft Predictions

Cincinnati Bengals (No. 11),  Minnesota Vikings (No. 18)

The Bengals already have Cordy Glenn protecting Andy Dalton's blindside, but the seven-year veteran OT been inconsistent over the past several seasons, and Cincinnati could still use an upgrade over Bobby Hart at right tackle. The Vikings need help everywhere along their offensive line, but finding an upgrade at left tackle is an absolute must if Minnesota wants to keep its new $84 million QB, Kirk Cousins, healthy.
