With just one college football game left on the entire 2018-19 slate, the College Football Playoff National Championship between No. 1 Alabama and No. 2 Clemson is the last place left to turn for those looking to bet on NCAA football. Here are the four best bets to make on Monday night's CFP title game in Santa Clara, CA.

4. Alabama to Win Straight Up (Moneyline)

Odds: (-215)

This is, by far, the best value we've seen on Alabama to win any one game all season, and the Crimson Tide have already faced three Top-5 teams. The 2018-19 Crimson Tide are arguably the most talented Bama team we've seen during Nick Saban's tenure, and five of those previous Alabama teams went on to win the National Championship.

3. Clemson to Cover (+6)

Odds: (-110)

It's clear that this year's Clemson team is a much-improved version of the squad from last season, most notably on offense, that lost to Alabama 24-6 in the 2018 CFP Semifinal. Excluding the 2018 meeting and its 18-point margin of victory, the previous two meetings between Bama and Clemson in the CFP were both decided by fewer than five points.

2. 2nd Quarter Total Points: Under 17

Odds: (-115)

Spanning the previous three meetings between these two juggernauts in the College Football Playoff, Clemson and Alabama have never combined to score more than 14 points in the second quarter of one game. They average just eight points per game in the second quarter of those three games. Taking the under on the second quarter total is also one of The Duel's 5 best prop bets for CFP National Championship.

1. 1st Quarter Point Spread: Alabama (-0.5)

Odds: (-105)

Taking a look back at the two CFP Semifinal games, Alabama raced out to a quick lead and slowed down in the second half while Clemson struggled early before pouring it on Notre Dame later. Alabama trailed in only one first quarter all season, which came against No. 4 Georgia in the SEC Championship. Plus, Alabama scores more first-quarter points than anyone else in the nation at 16.4 PPG compared to Clemson's 7.5 PPG.
