After watching Philadelphia Eagles' fans celebrate their first Lombardi Trophy last February, it’s not exactly a surprise that the Eagles are going through a Super Bowl hangover. But not even the most spiteful Patriots' fans could’ve predicted it would be this bad.

Back in Week 10, the Eagles opened up as 9-point underdogs against the Saints, making the wrong kind of history when they faced the biggest spread by a defending Super Bowl champ in nearly 10 year. Well, it happened again — only worse.

With Carson Wentz likely sidelined, the Eagles are listed as 11.5-point underdogs against the Rams this week. This makes the Eagles the first defending champs in the last 35 years to be listed as underdogs of a touchdown or more multiple times in the same season.

Unfortunately for Eagles fans, it’s unlikely that things get any better against the Rams' high-powered offense. The Eagles secondary has been decimated by injury this season, surrendering an average of 277.4 passing yards per game, ranking 30th in the NFL. And since this game is set in sunny Los Angeles, Goff won’t have to worry about his tiny hands being a detriment.

All in all, this has been a nightmare season for the Eagles — but hey, at least Lane Johnson is still having fun.
