Star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. could be out of the Giants lineup for the second straight game in Week 15 as he continues to recover from his bruised quad.

Beckham is reportedly visiting the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan to get a second look at the injury, which overall is not a good sign for the Giants or Beckham's fantasy owners.

With Beckham almost surely out of the lineup for the Giants Week 15 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, there will be some fantasy impact for a number of Giants players.

The Giants other two receivers, Sterling Shepard and Russell Shepard stand the most to gain. Sterling now slots in as the Giants main passing target. He has had an up-and-down year. Some weeks he's been a stud, other weeks he has completely disappeared. Last week with Beckham out, he had a quiet week with two catches for 17 yards but did haul in a touchdown. Rusell was in a similar position, with his lone catch being an 11-yard touchdown.

Saquon Barkley should also see an uptick in production or at least opportunity. The matchup against the Titans will be a tougher one as they rank fourth against running backs in standard PPR scoring. Although, last week with Beckham on the sidelines, Barkley had a monster day with 170 rushing yards and a touchdown on only 14 attempts.

The one guy who could see a real drop in production is quarterback Eli Manning. Manning's numbers are noticeably worse with Beckham out of the lineup. Going into this season his numbers were lower in every significant passing category without Beckham on the field.

With numbers like that, you may see the Giants rely more and more on Saquon Barkley and the run game to be the focal point of the offense. The two Shepard's are nice players, but they're not complete game-changers like Beckham.

Following his hospital visit today, Beckham says he's feeling much better and considers himself day to day. While that might not get him into the game this Sunday, it could point to a more positive outlook in Weeks 16 and 17.

It will all depend on when Beckham and his quad start to feel "right".
