Oakland Raiders running back Doug Martin had some uncertainty ahead of the Week 14 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He did, however, practice in full on Wednesday, thus making it likely he'll suit up on Sunday.
It looked like Jalen Richard, DeAndre Washington, and the newly-acquired C.J. Anderson would have some sort of fantasy impact against the Steelers, but that list will certainly dwindle now with Martin back in the mix.
Martin will have a tough matchup, as the Steelers allow the eighth-fewest rushing yards (100.4) and FanDuel fantasy points per game (18.8) to the running back position. He still is worthy of starting this week, though, since he has scored a touchdown in each of the last two games.

Richard's work in the passing game is unparallel to anyone else in the Raiders' backfield besides Martin, and maybe DeAndre Washington. Not only has Richard done well in the passing game, but he posted a career-high 95 rushing yards in the narrow loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last week.
Washington was a former standout at Texas Tech, but he hasn't done much this season. He has, however, had two noteworthy performances in each of the last two seasons. It has been incredibly difficult for Washington to find the field this season with guys like Marshawn Lynch, Martin, and Richard all in the way. Washington's only path to having a decent fantasy day was having Martin out of the lineup, but that doesn't seem likely anymore.

Anderson, who was just signed by the Raiders, probably won't make much of a dent from a fantasy perspective. He will likely only be involved in the running game with little time to learn the playbook, but Martin's return ends any significant outlook he would've had. It is interesting, though, that all three active running backs for the Raiders lost a fumble in last week's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Perhaps, in a longshot scenario, Anderson could see some extra carries if Jon Gruden's frustration has boiled over to the max.
All in all, it's Martin and Richard hands down in this scenario. Even with Martin playing this week, Richard will have involvement in the gameplan as they'll likely be playing in catch-up mode against the high-powered Steelers offense.
