Tyler Boyd has been one of the biggest surprises this NFL season, but his big games are becoming more and more common.
And with A.J. Green out this Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, the Bengals are surely going to feed Boyd early and often.
It's time to start talking about him as one of the best wide receiver options in fantasy football.
If you're in a PPR league and own Boyd, you've enjoyed quite the season. With 49 catches for 620 yards and five scores, he's been one of the best waiver-wire pickups of the year.
Plus, whenever he gets a large workload, he's produced some gaudy numbers.
I know everyone likes Tyler Boyd this week. But this blew my mind.— Heath Cummings (@heathcummingssr) November 8, 2018
4 games with at least 9 targets this year:
That's an average of 24 PPR FP/G...with a low of 21.
Green's close to 10 targets a game have to go somewhere, and Boyd is the most likely recipient. The Bengals' receiver should put up WR1 numbers this Sunday against a Saints defense that gives up the most points to the wide receiver position this season.
