Somehow, the combination of Ryan Fitzpatrick and Jameis Winston has led to one of the most impressive offensive campaigns in NFL history.
Through seven games, Tampa Bay has averaged 390.1 passing yards per game. That puts them on pace to finish the season with 6,241 total yards through the air.
The total single-season passing record belongs to Peyton Manning, who threw for 5,477 in 2013 with the Denver Broncos. Even more historic, if Tampa Bay happens to eclipse Manning's total, they will have done it with two different quarterbacks.
With the futures of both Fitzpatrick and Winston in question, they're certainly helping themselves in the eyes of history.
