Green Bay Packers wide receivers have yet again been bitten by the injury bug in 2018, however, this time, they happened upon an unexpected surprise - Marquez Valdes-Scantling.

Drafted in the fifth-round of the 2018 NFL Draft, Aaron Rodgers and Valdes-Scantling have developed quite the repertoire following injuries to both Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison.

Things have gone so well that Valdes-Scantling may be the only Packers wide receiver worth rostering outside of Devante Adams.

Here's what he did a week ago - just watch him shake LA Rams corner Troy Hill.

Single-man press coverage on the outside and the safety had no chance to help out before Rodgers could get the ball out of his hands. In terms of chemistry, that's a great sign for a late-round draft pick who wasn't expected to contribute outside of special teams in his rookie campaign.

For fantasy purposes, it's all about usage and Valdes-Scantling is trending upward.

If Valdes-Scantling is still available on the waiver wire, grab him immediately. He draws a relatively favorable match-up next Sunday night as the Packers take on an incredibly average New England Patriots secondary.
