The Patriots played last week without their star tight end Rob Gronkowski and lost rookie running back Sony Michel during the game to what looked like a potentially season-ending knee injury.
Luckily, the latter wasn't the case and Michel is only expected to be sidelined for another week or two. Gronk could potentially be back this week -- to play in front of his hometown Buffalo fans -- against the Bills on Monday night.
Though RB Sony Michel and TE Rob Gronkowski missed practice Wednesday, the news continues to be positive on their injuries. According to a league source, Michel “may miss a week or two” while Gronkowski has “a shot” to return for his homecoming game Monday in Buffalo. #Patriots pic.twitter.com/kElDhIXT2m
