It may be way too early in the season to make an accurate assessment, but Julius Randle and Dennis Schröder are seriously giving the oddsmakers something to think about when it comes to the NBA's 6th Man of the Year.

Especially after both players joined new teams in the offseason.

Randle and Schröder both had fantastic season debuts for their respective teams to earn the No. 3 and 4 spots near the top of the odds list for 6th Man of the Year, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Randle teed off for 25 points coming off the New Orleans Pelicans' bench against the Houston Rockets, while Schröder chipped in 21 points and led the Oklahoma City Thunder in assists in their loss to the Golden State Warriors.

While encouraging, we are just one game into the NBA season after all. However, if both players can keep up the pace at which they're playing, then there's a pretty good chance we may see both their names atop the list by the end of the season.
