Fantasy Update: Greg Olsen in Line to Return for Panthers in Week 6

Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen is expected to take the field when his team faces the Washington Redskins in Week 6. The 12-year veteran was injured in the season opener and has not played since. 

#Panthers team source tells me as of now, Greg Olsen is playing and they are planning to start him tomorrow. They said Olsen has had no setbacks so far, that he’s had a good week.

After going nine consecutive seasons without missing a game, Olsen has now missed 12 of the Panthers last 20 contests.

This latest foot injury ​has been hampering the tight end for some time now, and it's not a good sign going forward. He might be able to do well in the short-term, lining up as a low-end TE1 upon his return, but this could be the beginning of the end for his career.
