Sunday night's showdown between the New England Patriots and the Kansas City Chiefs could be a preview of this season's AFC Championship Game, and it seems the oddsmakers are expecting quite the shootout between the two Super Bowl contenders.

The only game with a higher over/under took place during the 2004 season and also involved the Chiefs. In a game with a whopping 60 point over/under, the Chiefs went on to beat the Oakland Raiders, 31-30, hitting the over by a single point.
Chiefs-Patriots over/under opened at 58. 90+ percent of the money (very early) on the over per @ActionNetworkHQ. Already climbed up to 59.

Game features two very public teams, on Sunday night, in primetime with two teams who don't play defense. Feel like this could get up to 61
You have to admire that kind of confidence, but the over definitely seems like the safer side of the bet at first glance. Offenses are scoring at an unprecedented rate this season and both teams don't have strong defenses, to put it lightly.
Keep an eye on this massive total as it'll likely fluctuate throughout the week.
