In recent years, the Green Bay Packers have never really had a consistent rushing attack to compliment Aaron Rodgers. In 2018, they still don't have a consistent rushing attack, but they do have two promising young running backs sharing carries in the backfield.

Jamaal Williams has gotten more carries through four games, but Aaron Jones has looked great in the last two games, giving us a bit of a competition for who will be the better fantasy play.

Let's take a look and see which Green Bay Packers running back you should start in Week 5 starting with their 2018 output.

Jaamal Williams: 47 rushes, 162 yards, 5 receptions, 28 yards

Aaron Jones: 17 rushes, 108 yards, 1 touchdown, 2 receptions, 22 yards

Williams only real advantage here is he's played in two more games this year and thus gotten 30 more carries than Jones. However, Jones has done much more with his carries than Williams.

Jones is averaging 6.3 yards per carry while Williams is averaging 3.6 yards per carry. They both received 11 carries against the Buffalo Bills and if the split is going to be even then Jones is the better start at the moment.

What makes it go even more into Jones' favor is the fact that he will most likely get more carries than Williams going forward if he continues to impress. That takes away Williams' only advantage here and pushes everything towards Jones.

Right now I'd much rather have Aaron Jones in my starting lineup.
