Today's late afternoon slate in the NFL is loaded with intriguing matchups, so we'll combine a few of these to make some money for the parlay-people out there. Here we go!

Game 1: Cleveland Browns @ Oakland Raiders (-2.5) - 4:05 p.m. EST
With everyone gushing over Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield, they'll be missing out on a Raiders team looking for their first win of the season. Most people will look at their 0-3 record and think they're a terrible football team, but that's simply not the case. In each of the Raiders' last two games, they remained competitive despite tough scenarios: the high altitude in Denver and a 1 p.m. game on the east coast. Look for them to get the job done today.

Game 2: San Francisco 49ers at Los Angeles Chargers - Over/Under: 46 - 4:25 p.m. EST

The 49ers have faced the fifth-most pass attempts against them this season, so look for Phillip Rivers & Co. to do what they do the best – pass the football. I have no doubt about the Chargers pulling their weight on the total, and the 49ers aren't a horrible offense necessarily either. Head coach Kyle Shanahan is one of the best offensive minds in football, and the Chargers defense has allowed the third-most points in the NFL thus far.

Game 3: New Orleans Saints @ New York Giants (+3.5) - 4:25 p.m. EST
Lots of points are expected to go on the scoreboard today at Metlife Stadium, but that just gives the Giants a slight edge here. In the Saints' last nine games playing the second part of back-to-back road contests, they are 1-8 straight up (2-7 ATS), losing by an average of 11 points per game. Giants quarterback Eli Manning does well when he's not pressured, and I just don't see the Saints defense (currently allowing the second-most points in the NFL) slowing down an offense with tons of weaponry like New York has.
