5 Exploitable Fantasy Football Matchups for Week 4

Week 4 of the NFL season is here, and there are excellent matchups all over the board. Here are five players you should feel blessed to have in your fantasy football lineups this week.

1. Case Keenum, QB, Denver Broncos vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Denver Broncos offensive line should be able to push around a KC front-seven that ranks 31st in quarterback contact rate, and 27th in both quarterback pressure rate and sack rate. This will give Case Keenum all the time he needs to pick apart a Chiefs defense that has allowed the third-most FanDuel points to opposing quarterbacks this season.

2. Gio Bernard, RB, Cincinnati Bengals at Atlanta Falcons

I've been hyping up Gio Bernard all week, so it should come as no surprise to see him make the list in Week 4. The Falcons have allowed the most targets to the running back position through three weeks, and Bernard had every single running back touch in Week 3 with Joe Mixon on the shelf.

3. Sterling Shepard, WR, New York Giants vs. New Orleans Saints

The Saints are allowing the most FanDuel points per game (55.3) to opposing wide receivers through three weeks of the NFL season, and the individual matchup for Sterling Shepard is one of the best on the week. With Saints cornerback Patrick Robinson on IR, Shepard will draw P.J. Williams, who is allowing a 158.3 passer rating when targeted this season.

4. Trey Burton, TE, Chicago Bears vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the only team in the NFL allowing more than 100 receiving yards per game to tight ends so far this season. Trey Burton is averaging five targets per game this season, and should finally have that breakout game we've all been waiting on.

5. Dallas Cowboys, D/ST vs. Detroit Lions

This one might seem a bit odd after the Lions handed it to the Patriots, and the Cowboys got dumped on by the Seahawks last week. However, the Cowboys have only allowed 53 points so far this season, good enough for sixth-fewest in the NFL through three weeks. That's worth noting.
