It's not often in the NFL that a team uses two quarterbacks in their games, but given the current health of the Tennessee Titans signal callers, that's what they've had to do. With Marcus Mariota and Blaine Gabbert both banged up, the two quarterbacks have seen playing time through the first three weeks.

So who's the better option if you're looking to start one of them in a fantasy league?

Although that seems like an unwise decision overall, Mariota was  named the Week 4 starter on Wednesday.

Let's see how the two players have stacked up on the field so far this year:
Blaine Gabbert: 25-45, 242 yards, 1 touchdown, 1 INT, 2 rushing yards
Marcus Mariota: 21-34, 203 yards, 2 INT, 66 rushing yards

Those are two less-than-impressive lines for quarterbacks that have played in multiple games this season. They're both equally poor, with Gabbert seemingly having a slight edge thanks to the touchdown, but due to Mariota's rushing yards, it really doesn't matter.

The important thing to think about here is if Mariota is healthy enough to start, which he now is, then he'll get most, if not all, of the snaps. Talent wise he's also the better quarterback.

Honestly, the best advice here is to avoid both of these quarterbacks right now. But if it comes down to having to stream a quarterback and both Gabbert and Mariota are available then lean toward Mariota.
