Jimmy Butler's trade request has pretty much dominated the NBA news cycle over the past few days. Now, it looks like we might have an idea as to where he'll end up before the preseason starts.

According to several sources around the league, the Heat, Cavaliers, Raptors, Pistons, Clippers, Nets, 76ers, and Rockets are currently Minnesota's eight potential trade partners for Butler's services.

Getting out of Minnesota may make Butler happy, but it could frustrate his potential fantasy owners depending on where he ends up.

Competing for time on the ball with James Harden in Houston, Kawhi Leonard in Toronto or with the slew of young talent in Philadelphia doesn't exactly look too promising for his fantasy value. However, there's a good chance that he can produce with the teams mentioned.

Sharing the ball with Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins is no easy task, yet Butler had an All-Star campaign in his only season with the Timberwolves. No matter where he lands, Butler should still be considered an early-round pick, especially if he lands with a team where he'll be the first option.
