Pittsburgh Steelers All-World wide receiver Antonio Brown failed to report to team headquarters on Monday. He did, however, have time to engage in a spat with reporters on social media.

Not only did Brown go after reporters, but he got into it with Steelers offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner.

Mike Tomlin confirmed Brown was absent on Monday, but would not address whether the absence was excused.

On Sunday, Brown was reportedly upset that fellow Steelers pass-catchers like JuJu Smith-Schuster and Jesse James were too involved in the game plan – AB ended the Week 2 loss against the Kansas City Chiefs with nine catches on a whopping 17 targets for 67 yards. Smith-Schuster finished with 13 catches on 19 targets for 121 yards and a touchdown, while James caught all five of his targets for 138 yards and a touchdown.

This latest bit of troubling news is the last thing Pittsburgh needs right now. They’re currently 0-1-1 with a big matchup in Week 3 against the red-hot Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Le’Veon Bell situation is something looming large over the entire locker room.

AB attempted to deflect all the negative attention earlier today by posting this picture on his Instagram account.

Now we wait to see what comes of this if anything.
