Upsets Galore During NFL's Early Slate

​With eight games on the 1 p.m. NFL slate today, half of them, I repeat, half of them, went the way of the underdog. And many in the Twitter-verse took notice.

Led by the Indianapolis Colts, who were 5.5-point underdogs, taking down the Washington Redskins, 21-9, the other underdogs that were victorious included now-MVP candidate Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs (+5) taking down the favored Steelers at Heinz Field, the surprising Bucs (+3) dominating the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles, and the Dolphins (+1) beating their division-foe Jets at MetLife Stadium.
