It didn't take long for Nick Bosa to establish himself as one of the best defenders in the NFL. As a rookie, the guy terrorized opposing offensive linemen and anchored a San Francisco 49ers' defense that almost won the Super Bowl.

Year two was a different story, though. He only made it through one full game before suffering a season-ending knee injury in Week 2. 49ers fans can finally exhale, as Bosa is reportedly going to be ready for the 2021 campaign.

That's tremendous news because his status for 2021 looked to be very much in doubt after suffering that knee injury. He tore his ACL, but the injury was believed to be more serious than a standard ACL tear.

San Francisco will be happy to have a force like Bosa back on the field.

In 2019, the Ohio State product finished as ProFootballFocus' 10th-highest-graded EDGE among qualified players. He also generated 52 hurries that year, which was the sixth-best mark in the league, right behind perennial All-Pro Khalil Mack (54).

Armed with the No. 3 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft and a healthy Bosa, San Francisco is looking like a team to watch in 2021.

The 49ers are currently tied for the NFL's sixth-best Super Bowl odds, per FanDuel Sportsbook.
