Early in the season, many discounted the San Francisco 49ers' success due to a seemingly easy schedule. Now, however, they are in midst of a historically tough stretch of games, facing three straight teams with a winning percentage above 80 percent.

The Green Bay Packers were the first of those three opponents, and the 49ers absolutely dismantled them, en route to a 37-8 victory.

This week, San Francisco draws arguably its toughest test of the season.

The 49ers have to go on the road against the hottest team in the league, facing the MVP favorite Lamar Jackson and his Baltimore Ravens. Baltimore is 9-2 on the year, and the Ravens have won seven consecutive games by an average margin of 21.3 points per game (PPG).

It doesn't get much easier the following week, as the 49ers travel to New Orleans to take on the 10-2 Saints. New Orleans has lost just one game since Week 2, and this contest could decide which team emerges with the No. 1 seed in the NFC.

Facing what is arguably the most difficult three-game stretch in the Super Bowl era, the next few weeks should reveal quite a bit about the 49ers.
