Solomon Thomas hasn't lived up to his first-round billing in his short tenure with the San Francisco 49ers and according to recent rumors, he might be on the trading block. A change of scenery is sometimes necessary for a player to realize their full potential and there are a few teams around the league who could offer him that chance if they choose to do so.

Here are four possible trade destinations for Solomon Thomas.

1. New England Patriots

New England has a glaring need on its defensive line after losing Malcolm Brown and Trey Flowers in free agency and with 11 picks in the last two days of this year's draft, it has more than enough leverage to swing a deal. Adding Thomas would give the Pats a much-needed defensive end who's versatile enough to play in the interior if need be.

2. New York Giants

The Giants need help at almost every position on defense and adding a player like Thomas would go a long way in fixing their broken stop unit. The 24-year-old isn't much a of a pass-rushing threat, but he's been solid against the run the past two seasons and would be a good fit at defensive end in New York's 3-4 defensive scheme.

3. Seattle Seahawks

Seattle is in the market for a new defensive end after trading Frank Clark to the Kansas City Chiefs this week, and adding Thomas is definitely an option, if they decide to go the trade route. Although, in-division trades are hard to pull off, but Seattle has more than enough draft capital to give the Niners an offer for the 23-year-old that they'd be crazy to refuse.

4. Oakland Raiders

The Raiders need all the help they can get on defense and with 9 picks in the last two days of the 2019 NFL Draft, they have more than enough capital to swing a deal with the Niners. Thomas won't come close to filling the void left by Khalil Mack, but he'd provide quality defensive line depth on the right side, at the very least.
