The Minnesota Vikings travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks in a pivotal "Monday Night Football" matchup. Seattle is a 2.5-point home favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, but if looking for an alternative way to wager on Monday night's matchup, here are for of the best prop bets for the game between the Vikings and Seahawks.

1. Kirk Cousins - Passing Yards: Over 263.5 (-112)

After a slow start to the season, Kirk Cousins has been red hot over the last seven weeks. He's averaging 288.6 passing yards per game, while tossing 18 touchdowns to one interception during that span. Cousins has also thrown for at least 264 passing yards in five of those seven contests. Considering Seattle has allowed the fourth-most passing yards per game this season (268.7), Cousins certainly has a shot to reach 264 here, even if his career record on MNF doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

2. Dalvin Cook - Receiving Yards: Over 47.5 (-112)

With Adam Thielen out again this week, Dalvin Cook should continue to see increased usage in the passing game. Cook has averaged 58.5 receiving yards per game over the last two games with Thielen sidelined, and he's seen 6.7 targets per contest over the past three weeks. Seattle has also surrendered the ninth-fewest rushing yards per game this season, and with Minnesota listed as a 2.5-point underdog, the Vikings could look to get Cook involved in the passing game early and often.

3. Rashaad Penny - Rushing Yards: Over 26.5 (-112)

Rashaad Penny flashed a ton of upside when he finally got the chance last week, turning 14 carries into 129 rushing yards and a score. Those 14 carries were a new season high for Penny, and marked only the second time he's reached double-digits this season. It's fair to expect his involvement to continue to grow though, as Chris Carson's seven fumbles are worst among RBs so far this in 2019. While Minnesota has been strong against the run, surrendering the fifth-fewest rushing yards per game, if Penny's role is anything like we saw last week, he's got a real shot to reach 27 rushing yards.

4. Russell Wilson Interception: No (-130)

Russell Wilson is in the midst of the most efficient season of his career. He's thrown 24 touchdowns to just three interceptions on the season, and two of his three picks came on the road. Playing at home against a Minnesota defense that ranks No. 16 in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA metrics, Wilson certainly has a chance to avoid throwing an INT on Monday night.
