3 Most Likely Dodgers NL MVP Candidates for the 2020 MLB Season
By Tristan Jung

The Los Angeles Dodgers are blessed to have multiple candidates to win NL MVP in 2020. After a busy offseason, the Dodgers now have Cody Bellinger and Mookie Betts, MVP winners in 2019 and 2018, respectively, in their outfield.
At FanDuel Sportsbook, the NL MVP race is predictably wide open, but whenever the season starts, several Dodgers players are likely to be in the hunt.
3. Max Muncy (+6500)
Two years ago, putting Max Muncy anywhere near a list of MVP candidates would've be certifiably insane. After being left on the scrap heap by the Oakland Athletics, the Dodgers have transformed Muncy into an offensive force. He's had a 145 OPS+ in his two years in Los Angeles, and another year like the one he had in 2018 could catapult him into the MVP discussion. However, he's a longshot at +6500.
2. Cody Bellinger (+800)
Cody Bellinger powered his way to the NL MVP Award last year with 47 homers and a 1.035 OPS. His dominant season was one for the ages, and the oddsmakers are relatively confident he can continue that success in 2020. Only Christian Yelich at +700 and his teammate Betts have better odds to win than Cody Bellinger at +800.
1. Mookie Betts (+600)
Regardless of whether the Red Sox trading Mookie Betts made any sense, the deal is now done. Betts is one of the premier outfielders in the game, and he should have a stacked lineup to help his cause. With his all-around hitting ability and solid defense, Betts is currently the overall favorite to win NL MVP at +600.
