The 2022 Open Championship at St. Andrews has provided fans with some great golf through much of the tournament's first two days. With Round 2 nearing its end, and only a handful of golfers still out on the course, we are starting to get a pretty clear picture of where the cutline will fall.
British Open Projected Cut 2022
As of 3:45 p.m. ET, the projected cut is even par. There are plenty of big names that will miss playing on the weekend of 2022's final major. Collin Morikawa, Tony Finau, Brooks Koepka, Phil Mickelson and most notably Tiger Woods will all miss the cut this year.
Fans were especially disappointed about Woods, who is still working his way back from a career-threatening leg injury. They showed their appreciation as he strolled down the 18th fairway to close out his round on his favorite course in the world.
