Every now and then we forget that quarterbacks are still built like football players. This is especially true for Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who transitioned from wide receiver to quarterback in college.

Tannehill reminded the world just how hard he can hit after throwing this interception last season.

Rookie Maxx Crosby deflects the screen pass into the arms of defensive tackle Maurice Hurst, and it's a full on sprint from there as the Titans try to bring down the big man. Hurst never even sees Tannehill coming, resulting in a lethal blindside collision.

The hit is huge, of course, but the underrated part of this play is the quarterback's refusal to give up. After throwing the pick, Tannehill gets blocked five yards in the opposite direction by a defender, but he keeps on coming and makes up the ground and then some.

In the end, it was still a positive takeaway for Hurst and the Oakland Raiders, but Tannehill's intensity set the tone for the rest of the game. It was 0-0 at the time, but the Titans end up doubling the Raiders in points, 42-21. That's how you inspire your teammates to earn a win.
