The Baltimore Ravens' current injury situation is the talk of the NFL heading into Week 1. First J.K. Dobbins and Justice Hill went down with season-ending injuries, then Gus Edwards and Marcus Peters suffered the same fate on back-to-back plays at practice on Thursday.
With so many key contributors out, it's no surprise to see the Ravens' Super Bowl odds on FanDuel Sportsbook drop before their season-opener.
Ravens Super Bowl Odds
Following their recent injury troubles, Baltimore's odds to win Super Bowl LVI have fallen from +1400 to +1500. All things considered, that's not a big drop-off by any means, and it signals faith in the Ravens to remain a contender for the time being.
Baltimore's decimated backfield will be a huge factor that impacts their season going forward. Undrafted running back Ty'Son Williams is now in line to be the RB1, but the Ravens have also added veterans Le'Veon Bell, Latavius Murray and Devonta Freeman in recent days.
Now the secondary will have to make do without their two-time First Team All-Pro cornerback as well. Marlon Humphrey will be leaned upon heavily to lead that unit with Peters out for the long term.
