Indianapolis Colts running back Nyheim Hines has been a boom-or-bust option in fantasy football so far this season, but that may be changing very soon. His fantasy outlook in Week 11 continues to rise as he is reportedly set to be the Colts' lead back when they take on the Green Bay Packers.

The Colts have built a reputation of riding the hot hand coming out of the backfield and Hines certainly seems like that player right now. Just last week, Hines racked up 115 yards from scrimmage and scored 2 touchdowns while being featured in both the rushing and passing attack.

Hines' dual-threat capabilities make him especially valuable in PPR fantasy football leagues, but he should see enough volume to be started no matter the format. He has now posted three 2-TD performances this season and currently leads the team in total touchdowns.

Proven to be one of quarterback Philip Rivers' favorite options in the red zone, Hines could secure his spot as the starter with another strong performance in Week 11. Rookie Jonathan Taylor (3.8 yards per carry) and veteran Jordan Wilkins (3.7 yards per carry) haven't exactly been spectacular this season.

While Hines hasn't been able to string together great results in consecutive games yet this season, he has shown he has what it takes to have a featured role in this offense. We'll see if that is what happens on Sunday. Simply put, he has a lot of upside in fantasy football right now.
