FanDuel Picks Tonight NBA
Julius Randle Fantasy
Target Julius Randle, PF, New York Knicks ($10,200): New York Knicks All-Star Julius Randle continues to tear up opposing defense in his breakout year. Randle has scored at least 44 FanDuel fantasy points in each of his last six games, including three outings with 55-plus fantasy points. He's upped his scoring (26.2) and assists (8.0) per game during that stretch while remaining a strong rebounding force (10.3 per game). He's in prime position to keep up his monster numbers facing the Washington Wizards, who are giving up the most points (120.2) and fourth-most rebounds (55.6) to opponents this season.
Bam Adebayo Fantasy
Target Bam Adebayo, PF, Miami Heat ($8,000): Bam Adebayo is another big man with an inviting matchup on Thursday. With season averages of 19.2 PPG, 9.5 RPG and 5.4 APG, the Heat All-Star is an integral part of his team's offense, while adding 1.1 blocks and almost 1.0 steals per game. He draws the Portland Trail Blazers tonight, who only have one traditional big man in Enes Kanter currently healthy. It's no surprise that Portland is allowing the fourth-most PPG (115.5) and eighth-most RPG (54.2) as a result, and Adebayo should feast against smaller players like Carmelo Anthony and Robert Covington.
Jordan Poole Fantasy
Target Jordan Poole, PG, Golden State Warriors ($6,200): Jordan Poole has enjoyed an uptick in playing time with Stephen Curry sidelined since Mar. 19, as Poole has seen a whopping 37.0 minutes per game over the Golden State Warriors' last three contests. He's producing in those minutes, too, averaging 23.3 PPG, 3.3 RPG and 3.0 APG in that span. Curry will be sidelined out once again tonight against the Sacramento Kings, giving Poole another great chance to light up the boxscore against a defense giving up the second-most PPG (119.0) this season.
Kelly Oubre Fantasy
Avoid Kelly Oubre, SF, Golden State Warriors ($7,200): While Poole is a target, Kelly Oubre is an avoid. Despite known as a score-first player, Oubre has averaged just 13.3 PPG over his last seven contests, with his 3-point shooting (20.7%) being a huge detriment to his play. Perhaps trade rumors are getting the best of him heading into Thursday's deadline, as he's a prime candidate to swap teams given his expiring contract. The big possibility of him being traded and his current scoring issues make him worth avoiding tonight.
DeMar DeRozan Fantasy
Avoid DeMar DeRozan, SG, San Antonio Spurs ($8,900): We told you to avoid DeMar DeRozan on Wednesday, given a tough matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers and three of the San Antonio Spurs' top scorers out, and he struggled as expected. He put up only 26.1 fantasy points against the Clippers, managing just 19 points and 3 assists while committing 4 turnovers. Now, he draws Los Angeles again, and there's little reason to consider him against a team that clearly has the depleted Spurs' lineup outmatched, especially since he's one of the more pricey options on the DFS slate.
