Things are looking up, however, and his fantasy outlook is surging after the latest injury report.

It's not definite that we'll see CEH in Week 10, but this is music to Kansas City Chiefs' fans ears. The second-year back tallied two 100-yard yard rushing games and through Week 4.

Those numbers slated him as RB23 in PPR formats, meaning the Chiefs' top running back is a solid starting RB option on fantasy football rosters.

Kansas City takes on the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 10, a team that allows the 12th-most PPR points to opposing running backs this season. CEH is always dangerous because of his ability to rack up receptions, especially in the red zone.
