Chris Godwin Injury Update Boosts Week 10 Fantasy Outlook
By Larry Rupp

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without a couple of pass-catchers in Week 10 including wide receiver Antonio Brown and tight end Rob Gronkowski. That is why Chris Godwin's latest injury update is such good news. The fifth-year pro is officially active against the Washington Football Team.
Godwin has been dealing with a foot injury that kept him limited in practice this past week, but he has reportedly made enough progress to play. He currently ranks as the WR9 in PPR scoring leagues and has WR1 upside once again going up against a poor Washington pass defense.

Chris Godwin Fantasy Outlook
Godwin has been one of quarterback Tom Brady's favorite targets all season and has caught fire as of late. In fact, the former Penn State standout has racked up at least 111 yards and scored a touchdown in each of the last two weeks. Overall, Godwin is averaging a reliable 82.5 yards per game.
Washington has struggled to defend the pass all year and is giving up a league-worst 286.8 yards through the air per game. This is a defense that is also allowing the second-most PPR fantasy pints to opposing WRs. Simply put, it's hard to imagine Godwin will not pick this secondary apart one play after another.
The Buccaneers should pass the ball a ton on Sunday as they look to build an early lead and that bodes well for Godwin. The 25-year old should be started across all league formats and heads into Sunday ranked as the WR14 in The Duel's Week 10 fantasy football rankings.
