The Kansas City Chiefs would like to turn the page quickly on a disastrous Sunday, and at least they'll get to do that with the latest on Patrick Mahomes' health.

Mahomes went down with a scary-looking injury after receiving a knee to his head in Kansas City's loss to the Tennessee Titans. The former MVP wobbled off with the help of teammates and the athletic trainer, but did speak to media following the contest.

NFL insider Ian Rapoport explained that Mahomes would not have been allowed to speak to media if he had still be in the league's concussion protocol.

Kansas City will surely keep an eye on their star quarterback's health throughout the week, but must also pay close attention to the X's and O's. The Chiefs entered the year as the Super Bowl favorite and their disastrous 3-4 start has them far from that.

Not only does Kansas City sit in third place in the AFC West division, but the latest Super Bowl figures on FanDuel Sportsbook show them with just +1100 odds (6th).

The NFL is quickly approaching the halfway mark of the season and the Chiefs will need a ferocious second-half effort if they want to reach their third Super Bowl in as many years.
