Bills Get Great News With Latest Emmanuel Sanders Injury Update Ahead of Wild Card Weekend

On Saturday the Buffalo Bills will host the New England Patriots in one of Super Wild Card Weekend's six playoff matchups. Fortunately for Bills fans, one of their key offensive weapons could be returning to give them a boost.
Buffalo received great news on Tuesday as wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders logged his first practice in over two weeks. The veteran wideout has been sidelined since Week 17 with a knee injury, so this news should provide optimism ahead of this weekend's playoff game.

Emmanuel Sanders Injury Update
Sanders logged a full practice and it's only Tuesday, so his chances of suiting up this weekend are looking good.
The 34-year-old has had his highs and lows in his first season with the Bills. He started off strong with 24 receptions for 413 yards and four touchdowns in his first six games, however, he's recorded just 13 catches for 213 yards in eight outings since then.
Nevertheless, Buffalo is a better team with Sanders than without him, so they'll need him to be at the top of his game against the Patriots. He's averaged 8.9 targets, 5.1 receptions and 77.8 yards in nine career meetings against New England, so time will tell if he can find success one more time.
The Bills are listed as the 4-point home favorites over the Patriots, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest odds.
