After some speculation about his potential availability for Week 11, Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor announced that star running back Joe Mixon would indeed be out again for Sunday's game against the Washington Football Team.

Mixon hasn't played since October 18th against the Indianapolis Colts, but he was having a solid season prior to that. Mixon is an every-down back that brings versatility to what could be a lethal Bengals offense when fully healthy.

The former Oklahoma Sooner had 428 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns to go along with 21 catches and 138 receiving yards and 1 TD through the air until his injury. Going up against a stout defensive front with Washington in Week 11 will be tough without Mixon.

Cincinnati will need rookie quarterback Joe Burrow to rise to the occasion. Cincinnati is currently a 1.5-point road underdog in Week 11, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
