You've probably heard it all before; Jameis Winston is an enigma, he's erratic and turnover-prone, he's incredibly gifted with sometimes jaw-dropping ability, he does a terrific job keeping both teams in games. Jameis is all those things, and in a couple weeks he'll likely be one more thing: a free agent.

Winston has thrown for 4,000-plus yards twice in his career, and 5,000-plus once (last season). Despite the career-high in yardage, 2019 also marked a career-high in turnovers for the prolific quarterback, with 30 interceptions compared to his 33 touchdowns. Jameis became the first ever NFL QB to break into the "30/30 Club," and he did it with a pick six on his final pass.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians, has been blunt about Winston's turnover rate, saying it's unacceptable. He has made it perfectly clear that the Bucs are in the market for a quarterback this March, which would make Jameis an eligible bachelor for a franchise willing to take a chance on raw talent. These three teams are the most likely to sign Jameis Winston this offseason.

3. Washington Redskins

The vibe Ron Rivera has given since taking over as the head coach of the Washington Redskins is that he is not sold on second-year quarterback Dwayne Haskins. First he seemed unenthusiastic when asked about working with the young QB, then he stated that Alex Smith would compete for the starting job if he can work his way back from what many believed was a career-ending injury, and now there are rumors that the Redskins could even draft another quarterback. There is always a lot of misinformation this time of year, it's all part of the game these NFL general managers and coaches play with one another to mask their real plans, so no one know for sure what Rivera wants to do besides Rivera. If Haskins isn't his guy, Winston could serve as a competitive stop-gap option with loads of upside potential.

2. Los Angeles Chargers

As we know, the days of Philip Rivers leading the Los Angeles Chargers are over, as the team has formerly announced their decision to part ways. The Chargers are very likely to draft a quarterback of the future in April, but this class of QBs has a ton of question marks. If they do end up with a player like Tua Tagovailoa or Justin Herbert, they may even prefer to sideline the rookie for year, especially if it's Tua with his injury history. Jameis will most likely have to sign a "prove it" deal, for either one or two seasons. With the Chargers trying to remain competitive and Winston trying to resurrect his career, this could be a decent match.

1. Las Vegas Raiders

What better quarterback to lead the Las Vegas Raiders out of the tunnel for the first time in their history than Jameis Winston? I mean for a city that lives and dies on games of chance, there's no bigger one out there than this quarterback on any given Sunday. In all seriousness though, Raiders' head coach Jon Gruden has been very open about upgrading on Derek Carr, who is seemingly the opposite of Winston in every way as a player. Even though the Raiders seem to have Tom Brady as their top target (can you blame them?), Jameis could serve as a nice backup plan for Gruden, who believes he can fix any quarterback with his wealth of offensive knowledge.
