Looking at the totals for Week 9, the largest over/under belongs to the Seattle Seahawks hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It's the second straight week the Seahawks are part of the game with the highest over/under, as they had a 53.5-point total in Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons. The game fell short of the over, as the Seahawks won on the road, 27-20.

On the other end of the stick, the game with the lowest over/under total for Week 9 is the aforementioned Redskins vs. Bills game, which sits at 37 points. As the game has a 10.5-point spread, the Redskins have a small implied total of just 13 points.

One of the biggest matchups in Week 9 takes place on "Sunday Night Football" between the Baltimore Ravens (5-2) and New England Patriots (8-0), as both teams sit atop of their respective divisions. The road Patriots are favored by 3.5 points as they vie for their eighth straight win to start the season.
