A couple of AFC North rivals go head-to-head in Week 7 as the Pittsburgh Steelers go on the road to take on the Cleveland Browns. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Browns slated as 3.5 point home favorites in a game that could easily be decided in the fourth quarter.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 8 AFC North showdown.

Diontae Johnson Fantasy

Start Diontae Johnson, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers: Wide receiver Diontae Johnson has had no problem taking on the top receiving role in Pittsburgh. The third-year pro has seen double-digit targets and racked up over 70 receiving yards in four of his five games played. He has also played in 92% of the offensive snaps over the last three weeks. Cleveland ranks in the middle of the pack when it comes to covering wideouts and has given up 9 receiving touchdowns to the position this season. That ties for the sixth-highest mark in the NFL. Johnson should be started every week from now on.

Jarvis Landry Fantasy

Start Jarvis Landry, WR, Cleveland Browns: It may not have looked like the best return game for Jarvis Landry, but there was more than meets the eye in his Week 7 performance. Landry played for the first time since Week 2 and hauled in 5 of his team-high 8 targets for 37 yards. More importantly, he played in 54% of the offensive snaps. While Landry's status for this week is in question due to a knee injury, he is a great FLEX option if he suits up. Pittsburgh is giving up the fourth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs this season, which includes 9 receiving touchdowns.

Najee Harris Fantasy

Sit Najee Harris, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers: Fantasy managers rostering Najee Harris are not likely going to sit him this week. He is a name to avoid on the daily fantasy market, though. The Browns have been stellar against the run this season and have posted the third-best rush defense DVOA rating in the NFL. Overall, Cleveland is giving up just 80.4 rushing yards per game (No. 2 in NFL) on an average of 3.5 yards per carry (No. 2 in NFL). Harris is a lock to see double-digit carries, but it could be a long day for the rookie out of Alabama. Temper expectations for Harris in Week 8.

Baker Mayfield/Case Keenum Fantasy

Sit Baker Mayfield/Case Keenum, QB, Cleveland Browns: It is not yet known whether starter Baker Mayfield will be ready to go in time to play on Sunday. No matter what, neither him nor backup Case Keenum is worth a start this week. Mayfield has tossed just 6 touchdowns across his six starts this season and has thrown for under 250 yards in a game four different times. Meanwhile, Keenum was a game manager more than anything in Week 7 completing 21 of his 33 pass attempts for 199 yards and 1 touchdown. Look for the Browns to lean on a strong rushing attack once again given they are averaging a league-leading 170.4 rushing yards per game.
