Two teams looking to stay in the playoff race meet head-to-head in Week 7 as the San Francisco 49ers travel to take on the Chicago Bears. FanDuel Sportsbook has the 49ers slated as 3.5-point road favorites in a game that is full of playmakers on both sides of the football.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 8 NFC clash.

Khalil Herbert Fantasy

Start Khalil Herbert, RB, Chicago Bears: There haven't many positives for the Bears' offense lately, but rookie Khalil Herbert is certainly a bright spot on this team. The 2021 sixth-round pick has now rushed for a total of 272 yards on 55 carries over the last three weeks. He has become the workhorse for head coach Matt Nagy in what is a run-heavy offensive scheme. In fact, Chicago has posted the third-highest rushing play percentage in the NFL (49.6%) and is averaging 29.1 rushing attempts per game (No. 8 in NFL). Fantasy managers should ride Herbert's hot streak until the wheels fall off.

Elijah Mitchell Fantasy

Start Elijah Mitchell, RB, San Francisco 49ers: Running back Elijah Mitchell finds himself in a very similar situation to Herbert. The 49ers have struggled to pass the ball this season and have found the most success in the rushing attack. Mitchell is averaging 4.7 yards per carry this season and is coming off the first 100-yard game of his young career. San Francisco should continue to lean on the rookie against a Bears' defense that is giving up 120.9 rushing yards per game (No. 23 in NFL). Don't be surprised if this game comes down to which team can be most efficient running the football. Start Mitchell this week.

Allen Robinson Fantasy

Sit Allen Robinson, WR, Chicago Bears: This is tough. Allen Robinson was drafted as a borderline WR1 on most fantasy teams this past offseason. However, he cannot seem to get anything going with rookie quarterback Justin Fields. Robinson has scored just 1 touchdown this season and has failed to reach 40 receiving yards in five of his seven games. Defenses are keying in on shutting him down and it is working so far. It's worth pointing out that San Francisco has given up the fourth-fewest receiving yards to opposing WRs this season. Robinson should stay on the bench until he proves he still has what it takes to start.

Jimmy Garoppolo Fantasy

Sit Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, San Francisco 49ers: It's no secret that quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has been struggling this season. The 29-year-old signal-caller has thrown just 6 touchdowns across five starts and has racked up a total of 7 turnovers (4 interceptions & 3 fumbles). He simply isn't getting the job done from a fantasy perspective. Garoppolo hasn't throw for over 260 yards since Week 1 and now faces a strong Chicago defense. The Bears have posted the seventh-best pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL and are allowing just 219.7 passing yards per game (No. 7 in NFL). Avoid starting Garoppolo at all costs.
