A couple of NFC teams fighting for playoff seeding meet head-to-head in Week 17 as the Arizona Cardinals visit the Dallas Cowboys. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Cowboys slated as 6-point home favorites in a game that features some of the biggest names in fantasy football.

Fantasy Football Playoffs Advice

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 17 NFC clash.

Amari Cooper Fantasy

Start Amari Cooper, WR, Dallas Cowboys: Wide receiver Amari Cooper bounced back in a big way last week by hauling in 7 of his 11 targets for 85 yards and a touchdown. It ended up being his best fantasy performance since Week 8 and he has an opportunity to ball out once again in Week 17. The Cardinals are allowing the sixth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs and have given up the most receiving touchdowns to the position this season (21). This game is expected to be a shootout with a point total set at 51.5, which gives Cooper a great chance to finish as a WR1.

Zach Ertz Fantasy

Start Zach Ertz, TE, Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals may be in the midst of a slump, but it hasn't impacted tight end Zach Ertz from a fantasy football perspective. The ninth-year pro has seen a team-high 24 targets over his last two games and hauled in 14 of them for 128 yards. Arizona has turned into an air raid team as of late, given quarterback Kyler Murray has racked up at least 40 pass attempts in each of the last three weeks. Ertz should be peppered with targets again in this game, especially if the Cardinals are forced to play from behind. Start him on Sunday.

Dalton Schultz Fantasy

Sit Dalton Schultz, TE, Dallas Cowboys: It's tough to find anyone worth sitting on this powerful Cowboys offense. However, the Cardinals have been shutting down opposing tight ends all year long. Arizona is giving up the second-fewest PPR fantasy points to the position and has allowed an opposing TE to score a touchdown only twice. That does not bode well for Dalton Schultz's fantasy upside in Week 17. Schultz is averaging 48.9 yards per game this season and may have a hard time getting open against this strong Arizona secondary (No. 5 in pass defense DVOA rating). The 25-year-old is a risky start this week.

Chase Edmonds Fantasy

Sit Chase Edmonds, RB, Arizona Cardinals: Fantasy managers rostering either Chase Edmonds or James Conner find themselves in a tough spot heading into Week 17. Both running backs are banged up with an injury and their statuses remain in question for Sunday. Edmonds gets the sit recommendation here simply because he was out-carried by Conner in the last game they played together back in Week 15. Keep in mind that Dallas has also given up just 9 total touchdowns to opposing RBs this season. Edmonds is a viable FLEX play if Conner does not suit up, but he has little upside if both backs suit up.
