The Tennessee Titans will look to extend their 5-game winning streak when they take on the New Orleans Saints in Week 10 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Titans slated as 3-point home favorites in a game that is sure to have fantasy football implications.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 10 showdown.

AJ Brown Fantasy

Start AJ Brown, WR, Tennessee Titans: There isn't anyone on this Titans' offense that can be trusted on a weekly basis except wide receiver AJ Brown. The third-year pro has been on a tear averaging 105.3 receiving yards per game over the last four weeks. He has also seen a whopping 40 targets during that span and has been the go-to option for quarterback Ryan Tannehill. The Saints' defense is no joke, but it has allowed the fourth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs. That includes 10 receiving touchdowns, which ties for the eighth-highest mark in the NFL. Everything lines up for Brown to post WR1 numbers once again.

Marquez Callaway Fantasy

Start Marquez Callaway, WR, New Orleans Saints: This is the perfect opportunity for the Saints to improve their passing attack as the Titans are allowing the ninth-most passing yards per game in the NFL (265.8). That helps wide receiver Marquez Callaway from a fantasy football perspective. The No. 1 wideout has seen a team-leading 26 targets over his last four games and has also racked up 3 touchdowns during that span. It's worth pointing out the Tennessee is also giving up the most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs this season. Callaway is worth a start in the FLEX spot this week.

Adrian Peterson/Jeremy McNichols Fantasy

Sit Adrian Peterson/Jeremy McNichols, RB, Tennessee Titans: The Saints defense has been shutting down opposing rushing attacks for weeks now and it doesn't look like that'll change in Week 10. New Orleans has posted Football Outsiders' No. 1 rush defense DVOA rating and is allowing a league-best 3.2 yards per carry. Without starter Derrick Henry, the Titans are forced to lean on veteran Adrian Peterson and fifth-year pro Jeremy McNichols in the backfield. Those two ball-carriers combined for 45 rushing yards on 17 carries last week. That isn't going to get the job done in fantasy football and makes both players sit candidates on Sunday.

Adam Trautman Fantasy

Sit Adam Trautman, TE, New Orleans Saints: Starting a tight end in fantasy against this Tennessee defense has turned out to be a bad idea all season long. The Titans are giving the fifth-fewest PPR fantasy points to the position and have allowed an opposing TE to score a touchdown just three times. That is not good news for Saints' starting tight end Adam Trautman. Yes, he is coming off his best game of the season in which he hauled in 4 of his 7 targets for 47 yards. This one just comes down to the matchup. Trautman is worth a speculative add on TE-needy rosters, but that is all for right now.
