Jerry Rice is often regarded as the greatest wide receiver to ever play the game of football, and for good reason. He was an unstoppable force on Sundays, doing most of his damage as a member of the San Francisco 49ers. As it turns out, Rice was just as dominant in practice.

Boy, these clips are almost hard to watch. How intimidating must it be to go head-to-head with Rice in practice rep after rep, only to be embarrassed on film. There's as least five yards of cushion for Rice to make every single catch, which makes it much easier to look like the greatest player ever.

The hardest reps to watch are when the defensive back gives Rice 10 yards of cushion on the snap, then still gets burnt to a crisp. It's not a good look, but I suppose it makes whatever matchup they have on Sunday seem much, much easier.

Rice continues to be NFL's all-time leader in receiving yards, with 22,895, which is over 5,000 yards more than the second-placed Larry Fitzgerald.
