When Tua Tagovailoa went down with a hip injury in mid-November against the Mississippi State Bulldogs, not only was his Alabama Crimson Tide career in jeopardy, but his NFL Draft stock also fell into question.
Well, fast forward five months later and the Miami Dolphins still felt comfortable using their No. 5 overall selection on the former Alabama standout QB, and it appears as though that decision is already paying dividends.
Keep going a handful of months beyond that into mid-August and it appears that Tua's health is well on its way to a major recovery, especially in this recent fully-padded practice.
You have to love seeing this even if you're not a Miami fan too. With the kind of talent and shows that Tua put on as a member of the Crimson Tide, his potential to light up the stage at the next level has to have NFL fans in general salivating over what he's got at full health.
