VIDEO: Roger Goodell Pats Marcus Mariota on the Butt for Some Weird Reason

Roger Goodell has become well known for his awkward exchanges with players at the NFL Draft, but this might be his weirdest move yet. Goodell attempted to greet Marcus Mariota, but instead of shaking his hand, the NFL comissioner decided to pat the quarterback on the butt.

The weirdest part about this video is that Goodell was standing a solid five feet away from Mariota, so he had to really lean in to smack his butt. I guess you have to respect the committment.

Goodell is almost always greeted at the NFL Draft to a chorus of boo's and this year was no different. Patting the Tennessee Titans' starting QB on the butt was certainly an odd way to kick off the festivities.
