VIDEO: Remembering When Lamar Miller Set the Record for the Longest Play in Texans History

"Speed kills" is one of those universal sports terms in the sports world that applies across any era. Lamar Miller's 97-yard touchdown run, the longest score in Houston Texans franchise history, was yet another example of that phrase.

They didn't call him "Quick 6" back at @CanesFootball for nothin'.

One or two weak arm-tackle attempts later and Miller is gone. The Tennessee Titans will be embarrassed about this one, though it's hard not to be impressed with Adoree' Jackson, who comes in from off-screen and nearly closes the 10-yard gap.
There's not even anything especially flashy about this play call. It's a pretty standard run, but with flawless execution. The Texans' o-line let Miller get to the second level, and he turned on the jets from there.

Will the Houston Texans win Over or Under 7.5 games next season? ?

Miller may be a free agent now, but this is one of the most memorable touchdowns in Texans history, and not something that fans in Houston will forget any time soon.
