Brett Favre was a Packers legend, and for the most part will always be remembered as just that. However, after going in and out of retirement near the end of his career, and Aaron Rodgers stepping into the fold in Green Bay, Favre moved on, eventually to the Packers' division rival the Minnesota Vikings.

In Week 8 of 2009, Favre finally made his return to Lambeau field in a Vikings uniform. And boy did he have himself a day.

Favre and Rogers battled it out all day. Rodgers finished with 287 yards and three touchdowns, while Favre did him one better with 244 yards and four touchdowns. That performance helped the Vikings come away victorious in a thrilling game.

All these years later it's still a little weird to see Favre in a Vikings uniform, but he was undoubtedly thrilled to be able to silence the boos he got from Packers fans to open the game.
