For anyone that had the luxury of watching Brett Favre play football at the NFL level, it didn't take long to realize that this guy simply played the game with a different intensity and passion than others.

Perhaps, San Francisco 49ers star linebacker Patrick Willis learned that the hard way in a 2009 Week 3 matchup with Favre and his Minnesota Vikings.

That's a nearly 40-year-old Favre taking out a 24-year-old Willis, who weighed in at 240 pounds, which is just truly incredible. By the looks of the video, it feels safe to say that Willis never saw this one coming either, especially with Favre having to cover that kind of ground to even make that block downfield.

The Vikings would eventually win this matchup, 27-24, and the effort plays from Favre like this one surely had a hand in that final result.
