VIDEO: Remembering the Insane Yankees-Orioles Brawl From 1998

Bench-clearing brawls in baseball seem to happen at least a few times a year. But few, if any, were as crazy as the one between the New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles in 1998.
With Armando Benitez on the mound and Tino Martinez at the plate, Benitez hurled one right into the center of Martinez' back, which is a huge no-no in the baseball world, and understandably so.
Tensions were already super high in this game and that pitch was the straw that broke the camel's back. Almost instantly players began coming out of the dugout, seeking Benitez. And when they found him, it got ugly quick.
From Darryl Strawberry, to Jeff Nelson and even Grahm Lloyd and Joe Girardi, everyone got their attempted licks in on Benitez and any Orioles player trying to protect him.
By the time the dust was settled, there were numerous ejections, bruises, words exchanged, and a baseball brawl that will live in infamy.
