Today, Mike Tomlin is considered one of the best head coaches in the NFL. But back in 2007, in his first season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, he was far from a household name. Of course, that quickly changed over his 13 seasons as the Steelers' head coach. Tomlin has never recorded a losing record, also leading the Steelers to a Super Bowl win.

While we know what Tomlin is now, it's hard to remember what he was like back in his first season as a head coach. Luckily, NFL Films released some footage of Tomlin during his first ever training camp as a head coach.

There are even some throwback names in there like Hines Ward and Ryan Clark.

It's always cool to get a unique look into the past, especially when many young NFL fans weren't even watching the sport yet when Tomlin got his start. He doesn't seem to be all too different these days, which may be part of the reason he's lasted so long. He found out what style works for hi and his team and has stuck to it.
