Dallas Mavericks' big man Boban Marjanović has been a fan favorite in the NBA for the past few seasons. His incredible size combined with his lovable personality off the court has brought him to the forefront of attention, despite not seeing major minutes.

However, if this new clip of Boban's improved talents is any indication of what's to come in 2019, we might be seeing a lot more of the 7-foot-3 Serbian on the court this season.

Boban has been an incredibly efficient player in the NBA. Last season, he averaged 7.3 points per game (PPG), 4.6 rebounds per game (RPG) and 0.9 assists per game (APG) in 11.7 minutes per game (MPG). However, it's no secret that in today's NBA, a player needs to be able to shoot in order to find consistent minutes.

If Boban can knock down this kind of jumper on a consistent basis, he can prove an even more dangerous weapon in Dallas. And it's hard to see anybody blocking a step-back jumper released from that kind of height.
